Meditation allows for a path forward.

Mediation is a respectful, non-litigation process that helps people resolve conflict outside of court. It brings opposing parties together with a neutral third party to have open, guided conversations aimed at reaching fair and lasting solutions.

When conflict feels overwhelming and agreement seems out of reach, mediation offers a calm and constructive path forward. For civil and private disputes—including divorce—mediation provides a confidential alternative to litigation, keeping your matter private and out of the courtroom. It is a dialogue, not a debate, where each person has the opportunity to be heard and understood.

During mediation, we focus on creative and practical settlement options that allow you to move forward efficiently and with less expense. From the beginning, you remain informed and in control of all costs. Because the solutions come directly from you, mediated agreements tend to be strong, flexible, and durable—able to adapt to real life while standing the test of time.

The goal of mediation is to find common ground, gain clarity, and create better outcomes than what is happening now. It is a grounded, human process that helps turn conflict into forward movement, prioritizing what truly matters for the future.

Being human is a lifelong journey shaped by experience, growth, and change. Mediation honors that journey by offering a thoughtful and compassionate way through difficult moments—one that supports healing, understanding, and resolution.

Kristen opened her mediation practice in 2016 and offers a transparent, pay-as-you-go hourly fee structure to keep services accessible. She works with complex conflicts and has a strong track record of helping clients reach successful, out-of-court resolutions.
